Engr. Ghulam Safdar, Founder and Chairman of Paradigm Construction Company (PCC), established the company in 2003 with a vision to contribute to the infrastructure and development of Saudi Arabia. With over 43 years of experience in the construction industry, I founded PCC on the principles of integrity, quality, and innovation.
Since entering the field in 1982, I’ve had the honor of working on several high-profile projects across the Kingdom. Today, PCC is a classified and trusted name, proudly serving leading organizations like Saudi Aramco, Saudi Telecom, and Saudi Electric Company.
